CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit of $5–$25, depending on the service, is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit covers cancellations and is applied toward your service total. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you provide 24+ hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will forfeit the deposit. No additional cancellation fee will be charged. I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen, and these situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
